2018: The module "Knowledge base" for 1C-Bitriks24
On November 12, 2018 CORUS Consulting Group developed the module "Knowledge base" for the solution "1C-Bitriks24 corporate portal" which helps the companies to create an internal wiki-system for self-education of employees, accumulation and exchange of experience with colleagues.
Modern digital trends, popular services and applications dictate the modern principles of consumption and assimilation of information. Regulating documents and multipage instructions gradually lose the relevance for the young specialists who got used to mobile knowledge acquisition. Being guided by needs of users, Corus Consulting developed the module KORUS|the Knowledge base which represents the structured library of articles with a possibility of quick search by different parameters, tags and contents. The main objective of the solution – to help less experienced employees to find already existing description of a method of the solution of any problem.
The presented solution KORUS|the Knowledge base supplements the existing line of tools of the platform of 1C-Bitriks24, helping users of a corporate portal with quick search of the answer to any working question or a problem. Service collects and systematizes the regulating documentation, the accumulated knowledge of the company and the user experience, creating the wiki-environment for internal use and collecting of a feedback.
Possibilities of the solution allow to register several role models performing certain functions in a system. Any of users can become the author of article, having described in it this or that product or methodology of process; material is transferred to the thematic or releasing editors who introduce amendments, return on completion and publish the text on the portal. The complete list of articles and the notification on change of the statuses of approval of materials are displayed in a personal account of the author.
KORUS service|the Knowledge base helps to stay in the know to each its user of key events and materials of the portal thanks to banners and quick access to primary partitions on the homepage. At the same time each of employees can configure a news feed according to the information needs – using a personal account it is possible to manage own subscriptions to authors or the whole sections.
