"Akstel-Bezopasnost" implemented a video surveillance system in the Krasnoyarsk regional court

On November 12, 2018 the Akstel-Bezopasnost company announced end of system implementation of video surveillance in the Krasnoyarsk regional court. According to the company, in a project deliverable the aggregated node of processing of video signals based on the video recorder with support of 128 cameras is created.

IT specialists of organization were faced by the purpose to review the existing project on the organization of a video surveillance system for the purpose of reduction of its cost. It was required to solve the following problems: find price/quality, optimal on a ratio, the equipment, make changes to the existing project, add a video surveillance system in a point of issue of money and to the pre-judicial isolation center.

As a result of the public procedure the IT service provider selected Akstel-Bezopasnost company. Experts of the partner conducted examination of the existing system, picked up technical solutions, optimal under tasks of organization. For the organization of video surveillance it was decided to use Hikvision video cameras. Experts of "Akstel-Bezopasnost" prepared the engineering design. For achievement of the set price indicators was decided to refuse the active network equipment performing safety features. Risks were minimized due to creation of the closed computer network of a video surveillance system which has no external relations that interferes with penetration into it of external threats.

For November, 2018 specialists created the aggregated node of processing of video signals based on the video recorder with support of 128 cameras. On two posts of protection video information display systems are implemented. On all equipment are delivered uninterruptible power supply units, systems allowing to provide working capacity in case of accident for November, 2018 within 15 minutes. Storage information on the basic server it is made with mirroring data.

Review of the initial engineering design showed significant economy of means at each stage of implementation, since supply of equipment. The incured costs on review of the project showed the overall cost efficiency about 2.5 million rubles. The constructed system has a scaling option, the external perimeter in the form of the additional logger which will be switched on in the current video surveillance system can be connected — the head of department of informatization of the Krasnoyarsk regional court noted.
