According to CNews, the case is related to the provision of technical support services by Microsoft. In the current geopolitical situation, the American corporation curtailed its activities in the Russian market, as a result of which the provision of services to Russian customers was terminated. At the same time, Microsoft has not fully fulfilled its obligations under many of the previously concluded contracts.

Before that, according to CNews, the air carrier turned to Microsoft with a demand to pay the main debt in the amount of about 21 million rubles, as well as interest - 838.4 thousand rubles. However, the software supplier did not respond to the claim in any way, and the Russian airline was forced to file a statement of claim against Microsoft. Having studied the documents provided, the court sided with Aeroflot, obliging the defendants to pay almost 22 million rubles in compensation for the prematurely broken service contract. The American corporation does not comment on the decision.[1]
