"The first BIT" helped Firm the Northern to reduce the budget by implementation of "1C:ERP" four times

On November 9, 2018 The First BIT company announced implementation of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 program ("1C:ERP") in Northern Company production company. Thanks to it at the enterprise processes of report generation on income and expenses and also products cost accounting were automated.

Earlier the staff of Firm the Northern worked in Excel, Word, Project and systems developed by the company. Because of a set of programs they could not consolidate promptly these data in one system to manage the main business processes of the company. The staff of Northern Company had to enter data in the Unified State Automated Information System manually. Accounting and personnel records were given by the company on outsourcing.

For business development the single system using which it was possible to unload the report on income and expenses was required for the enterprise, to calculate product cost and to make decisions on the basis of up-to-date data.

The management of Firm the Northern asked for the help in The First BIT company. Specialists of First BIT conducted preproject examination and decided that implementation of "1C:ERP" – the most optimal variant for the enterprise.

As noted integrator of the project, costs of Firm the Northern for implementation of "1C:ERP" were reduced four times. It managed to be reached thanks to the following factors: in "Northern firm" the initiative group which the staff of the company entered was created. They implemented a system and in parallel studied work in it under the leadership of specialists of First BIT; the company was automated from scratch therefore it was not necessary to change business processes cardinally; in "Northern firm" company the 1C:ERP system in standard functionality with the minimum completions that it completely corresponded to requirements of the enterprise was implemented.
