Smartway is an online service for armoring of business trips. It integrates the corporate tools necessary for planning and the organization of business trips.

According to the message of November 13, 2018 firm "1C" and the company Smartway implemented seamless integration of systems. Now users of corporate versions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" will be able to lower time for a design of business trips considerably.

"8 BUILDINGS" And "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" (1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP) seamless exchange data with service of the organization of business trips Smartway became available to users of programs. It will allow to automate effectively routine procedures for a design of business trips and the cost accounting on them.

Key advantages of integration:

  1. Automatic sending the approved request for a business trip from 1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP to a personal account of Smartway. Now employees will spend even less time for search of tickets and hotels, a system will automatically offer the options corresponding to the request.
  2. When tickets are redeemed, and the hotel is reserved in Smartway service, they can be browsed directly in the request for a business trip in 1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP.
  3. After a design of a trip to Smartway users of 1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP can load it into the program, the order on a business trip at the same time forms and autocompleted.
  4. Information transfer on each main action with the ticket - to purchase, change or canceling - from the Smartway system in 1C: Accounting 8 CORP. The companies implemented autocompletion of the register of tickets and expense reports that will save accounting from labor-consuming manual entry of these data.

As of January, 2018 the project allows to compare offers of carriers and hotels and to book tickets and rooms for business trips on the Internet. Smartway also allows the companies to trace the reporting under trips of employees.

Smartway earns from the commissions from suppliers of transport services and from hotels. Among clients — about 300 representatives of medium and small business.
