On November 15, 2018 the System Technologies company reported that the producer of dairy products of Neva Milk Group implemented the automation system and control of "field" personnel. The software solution ST-Mobi.com developed by Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group allowed to optimize work of employees, to increase customer service quality and to reduce costs for personnel management.

For November, 2018 products of Neva Milk Group are provided in the federal and local area networks to 71 of 85 regions of the Russian Federation. Own exclusive command is responsible for the calculation of products on the shelf.

For piloting of a system the company chose the Moscow command in 50 people. The period from the beginning of negotiations before training of employees and determination of their KPI took only a month. For November, 2018 all staff of department of merchandising servicing federal and local networks is automated is more than 200 merchandisers and supervisors who work about more than 5 thousand outlets. There is a process of connection of regional representatives for monitoring of a situation in regions.

Results of implementation in digits:

  1. Optimization of a route. Costs for movements of employees were on route reduced by 20%. The indicator "operating time in outlet" is increased up to 75-80%.
  2. execution Control promo. Collecting and data processing on advertizing campaigns began to take several hours. Earlier — 2-3 days.
  3. Growth of an indicator on a feysing. After connection of ST-Mobi.com the indicator of a feysing increased by 32% at the same marketing budget.
  4. Accomplishment of additional tasks. The share of accomplishment of additional tasks grew from 15 to 50%. Setting and broadcast of tasks to one or an employee group began to take only 10 minutes. As a result it became possible to reveal quickly problems, the flexibility of work of a command increased, decision making time accelerated.
