"The cosiness formula" uses a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime

On September 19, 2018 the BioLink Solutions company reported that it implemented a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime in Formula of Cosiness. According to the company, thanks to a system the quality of work of employees increased, reliable access control on warehouses was provided.

While our network was small, it was simple to keep a time recording. But with time and growth of number of workers we understood that to adjust reliable accounting of attendance is one of our major tasks. The task of a time recording at offices and in warehouses was set for the BioTime system. Also it was very important to provide safe access control. For this purpose on a checkpoint set a tourniquet through which it is only possible to pass having noted using the readers FingerPass FX.

All data on arrival time for work, leaving from it are transferred to the central server of the company. From them reports which allow personnel department to accrue the payroll in strict accordance with a worked time form. For November, 2018 in the program 27 configured reports are put.

Integration into the "1C: Payroll and personnel managements" software product was made that allows to unload sheets of working time from the BioTime system.
