Content

On November 15, 2018, Technoserv Consulting announced the implementation of a single solution based on the TSC Collection product at Rosbank to collect overdue debts.

Decision

TSC Collection is a proprietary development of Technoserv Consulting. The solution combines all departments involved in working with overdue debts: contact center, field department, security service, legal service, department for working with collecting agencies, analysis and control service.

Before the implementation of the software complex (the development of Technoserv Consulting - approx. TAdviser), the bank had several separate systems for collecting overdue debts, some processes were not automated. When working on a new IT platform for collecting overdue debts, we set the task of modernizing the hardware component and developing business applications. In this regard, an Enterprise-level product was chosen that provides extensive functionality, provides reliability and stability in work, "said Yevgeny Senkovsky, head of the strategy, projects and processes department of the Rosbank's overdue debt department. - Technoserv Consulting has experience in implementing such products in other large financial sector organizations, so we are pleased that the company has become our partner in this project.

Project Progress

The Technoserv Consulting team conducted a pre-design survey and began implementing the implementation project in August 2017. Based on a series of interviews with the customer's experts, business requirements were determined and the wishes for the system were described in detail, prototypes were created, development and testing were carried out. The first release of the system with the main functionality was put into pilot operation in June 2018, and in October, after the launch of the third release, the solution was fully operational. The project also implemented integration with SAS Collection Automation, the corporate data warehouse, various external services and the core system of the bank.

Solutions for collecting arrears are one of the most popular information systems in the banking sector. The system increases the transparency and manageability of the debt collection process and thereby makes it more effective, "said Anton Spirin, head of the department for working with financial organizations Technoserv Consulting. The project took about a year to complete. This is a fairly ambitious time frame, since during this time it was necessary to approve the list of functional requirements for a single solution and integrate it into the IT landscape. Despite the high degree of solution readiness, each customer needs to adapt and customize to their own business processes and requirements, which was done by our consultants in the framework of the project.
