On November 19, 2018 the Jungheinrich company reported that the Russian producer of oxygen cosmetics Faberlic began to use the lifting and loading equipment with li-ion cells. On Faberlic industrial complex electric Jungheinrich EJC pilers and lifting Jungheinrich EJE carts with Li-ion batteries which are used on transactions of movement and stacking of a container, raw materials and finished goods are involved. Among distinctive features of joint stock bank – lack of toxic emissions and security for production, a possibility of fast charging from the normal socket and long term of service – up to 3500 full stroke of a discharge/charge.
The perfumery and cosmetic industry imposes special requirements to the organization of production processes. Existence of strict standards in the field of security, special sanitary and hygienic regulations, requirements to the equipment and restriction of harmful effects of the environment on products sets difficult tasks for the companies.
"Traditional lead-acid rechargeable batteries during charging select gas impurity and acids. Therefore they require the certain charging premises with the exhaust systems. On production it is difficult, and in our case assumed regular moving of the equipment to other building on recharge. Certainly, it required extra time and reduced work speed". Dmitry Pautov, senior production engineer of JSC Faberlic |
At operation and a charge of Li-ion batteries (joint stock bank) corrosion and toxic emissions are absent. Thus, hit of gas impurity, acids, lead and its inorganic compounds in an atmospheric air and also their impact on process of production on production of Faberlic – are excluded.
"Development of a configuration of models with Li-ion joint stock banks under production tasks of Faberlic and delivery of the first such machines Jungheinrich in 2015 were performed. For November, 2018 on production of Faberlic nine pieces of equipment with Li-ion joint stock banks are involved, and we prepare for delivery of several more machines in 2018 - 2019". Mikhail Borisov-Kondratyuk, specialist of sales department of Jungheinrich concern |
One of the most important differences of Li-ion joint stock banks also consists in efficiency of charging: the total charge of the Li-ion battery with a capacity of 360 And / is reached everything in 1.5 hours h. Besides, li-ion cells have no so-called "memory effect" that allows to charge them at any time, without waiting for complete discharging. It is possible to park the car on recharge, for example, in a lunch break – and in 30 – 40 minutes battery power will reach about 50%. At the same time thanks to the charger which is built in joint stock bank any socket voltage of 220 V will be suitable for these purposes.
"Indisputable advantage is an opportunity to load Li-ion joint stock banks in any place at any time. The equipment can be brought to the next socket indoors and to deliver on charging as phone. At the same time the machine can be used before complete accumulator unloading if it is required at intensive and continuous loading that extremely is not recommended when using lead-acid batteries". Dmitry Pautov, senior production engineer of JSC Faberlic |
Besides, Li-ion batteries do not require service and differ longer term of service – up to 3500 full stroke of a discharge/charge while the average term of service of lead-acid batteries makes from 1200 to 1500 cycles.
Cooperation of Faberlic and Jungheinrich is conducted since 2014. For November, 2018 on the warehouse objects adjoining production to Biryulyovo and also in the central warehouse of the company in situated near Moscow Domodedovo involves about 50 Jungheinrich lifting loaders with lead-acid and gel batteries. Daily loaders, the richtraki, electric stackers and Jungheinrich carts promote operational accomplishment of tasks of movement and stacking of finished goods and also completing of orders which will be distributed further on 15 regional warehouses of Faberlic in Russia and to 14 warehouse objects in other countries. On average each three weeks in warehouses of Faberlic assembly up to 1.5 million orders which will be sent to 8,800 sales points and issues of orders worldwide is performed.
"Since the moment as in 2014 we began to use the German Jungheinrich equipment, the speed of accomplishment of the main transactions grew at least by 30%. In five years of work there were no complaints. Estimating operation of machines as the user, I pay special attention to smoothness of the course and lifting transactions. It creates comfort in work, security for loads and personnel". Dmitry Pautov, senior production engineer of JSC Faberlic |
