On November 19, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation for planning of arrival and fixing of departure at the Moscow plant Renault.
According to the company, the main destination of a system – the current control of passing of transport on stages of unloading and loading transactions with tracking of its stay in the territory at any moment and also formation of the code of the reports recording results of monitoring for analytical processing and creation of a mathematical model of process of service.
Development of an operation algorithm of the software of NEURONIQ began with audit of structure and an order of interaction of the Renault plant with suppliers on the basis of which the preliminary scenarios of rendering services depending on type of a load, geography of deliveries, need of a customs clearance were simulated. Already at implementation and system testing of NEURONIQ the obtained analytical data revealed additional requirements for automation and control and also the directions of optimization of internal logistic processes which were considered in the final algorithm integrating a set of options of the main and auxiliary routes of service. Use of the principle of routing allows to unify procedures of interaction and to normalize their stages, simplify navigation of vehicles and reduce action of a human factor.
System operation of NEURONIQ begins with formation of the preliminary diagram of service, at the same time for each car the planned temporary window which value depends on duration of warehouse transactions and capacity of cargo terminals is armored. At advance registration vendor data and the car are specified, compliance to which are checked by a system at the time of confirmation of the actual appearance of the vehicle for the check point. For reduction of labor costs of logisticians the possibility of creation of cyclic advance registration for work with permanent suppliers at which once entered data of the partner will repeat in the diagram of service with the set frequency is implemented.
At the actual arrival of the vehicle on the check point of the plant the driver should confirm an appearance using the touch terminal. If the entered data match specified at advance booking of a visit, the car is registered in the NEURONIQ system for further processing of the scenario of service. In the absence of data of advance registration transport can be registered by the manager by phone. The entrance point on the territory of the plant is the first control point of a route, its untimely passing generates the notification of the module of monitoring for correction of the diagram. From the moment of identification of the supplier as who arrived the NEURONIQ system assumes navigation of the vehicle across the plant territory according to an algorithm of rendering services.
The Renault plant works with suppliers from the different countries. For simplification of interaction with them for November, 2018 the system interface of NEURONIQ supports five languages, and the language used by the driver at registration on the terminal will be used in all information messages addressed to it.
Informing the driver on each point of a route is made using SMS and voice messages on mobile phone number entered on the touch terminal of registration. For ensuring correct delivery of messages, right after input of number the NEURONIQ system checks its availability. If number is unavailable, the terminal the adequate notice will be displayed. Messages are generated by a system automatically when passing of the set control points of an algorithm of service. A condition of sending the first message with the invitation for entrance to the territory is existence of an empty seat on the parking in front of the cargo terminal on which the vehicle will be serviced.
The fact of the beginning and end of each stage of process of rendering service is fixed in the NEURONIQ system using the specialized software module set on computers of operators and also using manual data collection terminals on check points. These data are available to monitoring in real time that allows to trace stages of passing of a route. When exceeding regulation of finding of the vehicle at any stage of process the notification on violation of regulations providing timely taking measures in case of an emergency situation is automatically generated.
For certain categories of suppliers and loads the separate algorithm of processing of a route activated by assignment to the car of the status "Urgent" is provided in the NEURONIQ system. Such vehicle will be called on service in the priority mode, irrespective of quotas for the parking in front of cargo terminals.
According to representatives of the company, use of the NEURONIQ system in the territory of the Renault plant provides objective data on logistic processes for control of transport in real time and in a retrospective, helping to provide timeliness of deliveries and the continuity of work of production lines and revealing opportunities and the directions of optimization of warehouse transactions.
