On November 20, 2018 STRATEGII-2000 company about implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Lease and real estate administration".

According to the company, before work, connected with maintaining the register of a real estate, lease contract management, charge of the rent and control of payments were conducted in the 1C: Accounting 7.7 system. Development of the company resulted in need to use more specialized software for ensuring activities for real estate administration.

For process automation the modern version of the 1C Platform and a product "was selected by 1C: Lease and real estate administration", developed by ELIAS company that allowed to lower load of employees upon transition to the next product and to minimize costs for retraining of personnel.

Specialists ELIAS helped to execute product introduction, to adapt it for accounting and management at the enterprise. In the course of work the following tasks were solved:

• Maintaining register of a real estate;
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of the signed agreements;
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices);
• Accounting of settlement with tenants by additional the analyst: period, object of lease, service in the agreement;
• Automation of charge of the permanent and variable rent;
• Formation of a packet of the management reporting for effective management of lease of department;
• Possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements to them in the MS Word format on the basis of the templates connected from external files;
• Data transfer from the previous system in the program "1C: Lease and real estate administration".

According to representatives of the company, finally system implementation based on a product "1C: Lease and real estate administration" provided company management quality improvement, reliability of storage, structuredness and efficiency of data acquisition. Time of input of primary documentation was reduced, influence of a human factor in the course of settlement with tenants decreased, the possibility of formation of a broad spectrum of the management reporting appeared.
