Biography

In 1989 graduated from mekhaniko-mathematical faculty of the Kiev national university of Taras Shevchenko (earlier Kiev state university of T.G. Shevchenko).

From 1989 to 1993 worked at Institute of electrodynamics of Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

In 1993 passed into Kvazar-micro corporation to a position of the manager Divizion of system integration, held positions of the associate director, board member of the company later.

Since 1996 worked in representative office of Oracle in Ukraine and Moldova where headed Department on work with partners, and then directed Department according to business applications.

In 2005 it is appointed the CEO of Borlas Ukraine company

In 2011 headed representation of Oracle East Central Europe Services BV in Ukraine.

2013: Return to Borlas

On March 19, 2013 the Borlas group announces Mstislav Emts's appointment the vice president for regional development. On this position he is responsible for business development in the countries of the former USSR and Eastern Europe, coordination of work of the regional companies and integration processes within group.

Mstislav is faced by the major purpose – to combine efforts of specialists of the regional companies, to build their work and internal processes so that in any country of our presence clients in full got access to offers and resources of group" — the president of Borlas consulting group Alexey Ananyin emphasized.

Also in the field of responsibility of the new vice president development of the relations with key clients, coordination and control of joint projects out of Russia.
