Automation of process of preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format

According to the message of November 29, 2018 the project of automation of process of preparation of the reporting in obligatory since the beginning of 2018 for all the XBRL format in Regional Company Reserve LLC came to the end with NFO.

The system of preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format in RK "Reserve" was under construction on the software solution "Homnet XBRL". The project started on completion of implementation in RK "Reserve" of an accounting system on EPS which was also created on own solution of vendor – Homnet: NFO. Both software products are compatible among themselves that allowed to implement implementation of the module XBRL in a short space of time – 1 month.

Within the project work with taxonomy, data loading from the different systems in different formats (xbrl, csv), validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank, technology data validation are automated.

In a project deliverable Regional Company Reserve LLC has a centralized system of preparation of the reporting based on the solutions "HOMNET:NFO" and "XOMHET:XBRL". Thanks to function of automatic data loading from HOMNET:NFO base in the module XBRL, the reporting in the electronic XBRL format is prepared by a one click of the button.

It is possible to tell, delivery of reports and proper quality was in time a global project objective. By its results when processes of data collection are automated, on preparation of the reporting much less time leaves, and the quantity of errors in reports decreased. From the software solution we collected and handed over a reporting packet in the XBRL format for the third quarter 2018, the reporting is accepted by the Central Bank as correct, respectively the project objective is achieved. Accounting system implementation on EPS and OSBU

On November 21, 2018 the Homnet group announced project implementation of system implementation of accounting and preparation of the reporting under EPS and OSBU based on the software solution "HOMNET:NFO" developed by it.

The project was implemented less than in two months, within fixed terms it was necessary to team of experts of Homnet Group:

• automate process of preparation of financial (accounting) statements according to the Chart of accounts and industry standards of accounting for non-credit financial institutions;
• prepare the test reporting conforming to requirements of the regulator – the Central Bank of Russian Federation (Provision of 9/2/2015 No. 486-P, Provision of 12/28/2015 No. 526-P, Regulations (industry standards) on an order of financial accounting in non-credit financial institutions)

Besides, one of key tasks consisted in preparation of a system for further implementation of the XBRL format.

Advantage of HOMNET:NFO over another, present at the market softwares, consists in a possibility of automatic formation of almost all report forms and notes by the button.
