In the Volgograd region earned the Situational center of the governor

On November 22, 2018 the AT Consulting company announced TAdviser that in the Volgograd region there began work the Situational center of the governor — an intellectual complex for information and analytical support of processes of acceptance of management decisions. Its features are possibilities of collecting and information analysis and modeling on its basis of social and economic development of the region.

The implementation project of the center was executed by AT Service company (is a part of AT Consulting). According to representatives of the company, the situational center in general represents the hi-tech system at the head of the region including modern hardware and the software for monitoring and the analysis of a situation in areas.

Creation purpose

The Chairman of the Committee of information technologies of the Volgograd region Sergey Torbin told about the purpose of creation of the situational center: The key purpose — to increase quality of management that is especially relevant at acceptance of strategic decisions and rapid response to constantly changing conditions, including in crisis situations. The powerful information and analytical complex developed based on the domestic software is the cornerstone of the center. And it something bigger, than just the hall with the videowall as we got used to see in the Hollywood movies. Our Center is an intellectual complex which answers the recent global trends in the field of high technologies, in particular, of Big Data — Big Data. Combination of technologies of processing of Big Data and support functions of decision making allows to increase management efficiency significantly.

Appointment

The situational center collects a complex and processes data from different information sources. In it data including from the system of the state statistics, data of departments, reports on law enforcement agencies are flown down. Collecting of such data requires essential labor costs and time which is not in crisis situations simply. The situational center will allow, passing all administrative barriers, to quickly collect and process the necessary information from different spheres, told in AT Service.
