2018: Appointment as the provisional director of department of informatization and communication of the Yaroslavl region
The governor of the Yaroslavl region Dmitry Mironov appointed the interim manager of department of informatization and communication of the region of Andrey Lebedev, reported on November 23 the D-Russia.ru edition.[1]
