Development of the module for 1C-Bitriks24

On November 29, 2018 Corus Consulting Group announced development of the module of strategic planning for 1C-Bitriks24 which allows the companies to implement strategic objectives and to control their accomplishment at the level of divisions and employees.

Service for planning of the annual purposes, projects, tasks and initiatives of the company and control of their accomplishment by divisions and employees – KORUS|Management of strategy – supplements a wide line of tools of the platform of 1C-Bitriks24. Its main objective – to direct actions of each specialist according to the purposes of the company using decomposition of the purposes, and study of steps on their achievement and motivation of employees through a system of key performance indicators.

Service allows to broadcast the purposes of the company on all staff of specialists with detailed representation of causes and effect relationships and areas of responsibility. Fixing at first strategic objectives, the solution breaks them into tactical targets of divisions which are detailed then to KPI, initiatives and tasks of each of employees. The card of the purposes created thus allows to keep track of the relevant status on achievement of goals and to see effectiveness on the purposes of each individual employee or division in the balanced scorecard.

KORUS service|Management of strategy helps each of employees to see and adjust own tasks by achievement of the general indicators and implementation of strategic and tactical tasks.
