According to the message of November 30, 2018 GENDALF implemented "Scan Archive" at the Midel plant. For the period works at the plant the whole office of paper archive accumulated, and document flow of the company in a year is nearly 10,000 documents. "Midship section" works with partners across Russia whom at it for November, 2018 about 100.

At such entering/proceeding flow it was impossible to find quickly necessary document. Therefore there was a task to pick up the solution which will allow to accelerate search of the necessary documents and preparation of the reporting for tax. Also it was necessary to trace the documents arriving from partners. Before accounting maintained all documents in tables of Excel.

The plant's management decided to purchase the Scan Archive program directly at her developer - GENDALF company. The program approached by all criteria of selection and had one important advantage over competitors - an opportunity to be built in 1C without additional obucheniye of employees and completions. "Scan Archive" is integrated into 1C, attaches the scan copy of originals to the necessary documents in base and allows to do selections by dates, types and names that many times accelerates work.

"Scan Archive" solved the main problem – quick search of documents, now all scans of originals are improved under partners in 1C. Each accountant officer and economic department has access to "Scan Archive" and can not only browse documentation and do selection, but also enter data. For November, 2018 we transfer paper archive to the program and almost completed loading of documents for the period one year. What is important, the program was easily integrated into 1C. However, transition from 1C 8.2 on 8.3 dragged out process a little, and at implementation of problems did not arise.
