"Pure water of Siberia" implemented "Scan Archive"

According to the message of November 30, 2018 the Pure Water of Siberia company implemented "Scan Archive".

For November, 2018 at the enterprise more than 12,000 clients. By such number of partners it is caused as document flow of the company – up to 145,000 documents a year, and existence of the paper archive occupying about 40 square meters at office.

Earlier accounting controlled return of documents from partners using the added module in 1C, maintained registers in the program. But on reconciliations of documentation with partners a lot of time was all the same spent. It was necessary to look for manually documents in paper archive.

The management of "Pure water of Siberia" made the decision on the organization of electronic archive. Specialists selected the Scan Archive program developed by Gendalf company from a range of the solutions proposed in the market for 2 criteria - simplicity of implementation and required functionality.

After the Scan Archive installation accountant officers and divisions of sales got access to ordered electronic archive in 1C: Enterprise 8.0 base. At the same time directly only 2 persons work with the Scan Archive program. They transfer paper documents to the scan copy at once when receiving then "Scan Archive" will recognize details or barcodes and attaches these copies to 1C. From the moment of implementation of the program in July, 2018 about 48,000 documents are transferred to an electronic form.
