Soft-Unity successfully underwent certification on the international standard ISO 9001:2015

On August 23-24, 2018 the Soft-Unity Group company successfully underwent certification audit on compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 what became known on November 30, 2018. During audit the full compliance was set to requirements of the standard. The certificate of conformity N RU001893 is received.

As certifying authority one of the international certified organizations - Bureau Veritas Certification Rus company was selected.

Scope of the certificate is:

"Providing complex services of automation of accounting and office work on the basis of software products of 1C Company: help in the choice of the software, sale of software products, delivery, installation, setup, implementation, after-sale service, user training".

For development and deployment SMK Soft-Unity Group used the methodical complex "Standard Quality System of the Franchisee" developed by 1C Company on the basis of ISO 9001:2015.

During certification audit were mentioned strengths of the quality management system (QMS) of Soft-Unity Group among which:

  • Leadership of the management in implementation, functioning and improvement of SMK;
  • The system of management focused on meeting requirements of consumers;
  • Monitoring of requirements and customer satisfaction;
  • Organization of process of identification and risk management.

As a result of quality management system implementation Soft-Unity Group company confirmed effectiveness of the implemented processes expressed:

  • in permanent improvement of quality of the provided services and increase in level of competitiveness in the market of services of software implementation, provision of services of ITS and services 1C;
  • in managements of risk events which can be reflected on achievement of goals of the company;
  • in personnel management, on the basis of leadership skills of all staff of the company, according to a zone of competence of each employee.
