"Electrical systems" automated business processes using the solution "BIT: Construction"

On December 3, 2018 The First BIT company reported that using the solution BITS: Construction in Electrical systems company was completely automated by business processes.

Development and growth the Electrical systems company began to need full automation of an accounting and inventory control. For collecting and data analysis employees used Excel and the non-standard program "1C: Accounting". At the same time the accounting system did not allow to control the movement of materials, gave an essential inconvenience in collecting and information analysis. The specialized software product for material accounting by construction objects was required for the company.

The First BIT company became integrator of the project of automation. The proposed solution and terms of order fulfillment completely answered requests of the enterprise. As the software product BIT was selected. Construction – the complete solution for automation of construction companies. The solution developed by First BIT is modular and each separate module can be activated as required.

For December, 2018 the management of Electrical systems made a choice for benefit of two modules: "Contractor" and "Supply and Warehouse".

The module "Contractor" allowed to automate accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the construction industry. And thanks to the module "Supply and Warehouse" there was an opportunity to precisely plan the movement of materials, to exercise timely control and the analysis of security of construction objects with necessary resources.
