On November 21, 2018 the ARMO-Systems company provided the camera EVO-180-WED-P entering a series of the products Pelco Evolution Outdoor 180. They use a lens like "fish eye" with the panoramic overview on 187 °/165 ° and are intended for work in street conditions at temperatures from-40 to +55 °C. The camera supports PoE power supply, has the slot for connection of the microphone, an input and output of alarm and a card slot of memory of microSD.

In ARMO-Systems noted that the outdoor panoramic camera provides correction of distortions of Fisheye optics using the preset software, "transforming" the hemispherical image with viewing angles 187 ° in horizontal direction both 165 ° in vertical direction and the broken proportions at the edges of a frame to a type, more usual for perception. In addition to it, the outdoor camera is capable to involve an intelligent system of processing of the panoramic image Oncam Angle Compensation Technology (ACT) which corrects a curvature of the horizon and recovers parallelism of vertical lines. Three types of submission of video for the best monitoring of a situation on an object can be set at setup of the camera. Along with transfer of the panoramic image outdoor cameras of observation can transfer 2 "unrolled" panoramas and to 4 flows of areas of interest. For each type of submission of video the outdoor panoramic camera allows to set the maximum permission and frame rate. At the same time the transformed panorama of quality of 3840х1536 px. "a fish eye" — from 11 fps, and video of the HDTV 1080p standard — from 30 fps can be transferred with update rate 14 fps, 10 MP flow. To reduce bitrate and to optimize an expense of resources of the EVO-180-WED-P video system "cleans" not informative areas of a scene of video surveillance.

According to representatives of ARMO-Systems company, the raised degree of tightness of the EVO-180-WED-P body — IP69K — provides it the maximum protection against dust and moisture: this outdoor panoramic camera remains operable even at immersion in water. At the same time, it is steady against mechanical influences and is suitable for installation in places where manifestation of vandalism, for example, on transport, shopping and warehouse facilities, in municipal, educational and correctional facilities is not excluded. At the same time installation and setup of the panoramic camera do not take a lot of time as the convenient bracket with the hinge allowing to select the direction of the overview from range of corners from 0 to 45 ° is included in the package of its delivery. For automatic lining of a frame and focusing the camera uses Scene Offset Angle Control.

For the round-the-clock video filming the camera EVO-180-WED-P is supplied with the IK-filter, and switching between the modes "day" and "night" can be performed as automatically, and at the command of the operator or to an alarm. For transfer of accurate informative video even at a flare sunshine, headlights of cars or lamps located on the street, the outdoor panoramic camera uses the Electronic WDR function which range is 60 dB. The automatic white balance, brightness control, contrast, the color saturation, exposure and quality of compression allow to receive in street conditions the detailed tsvetokorrektny image at an external illumination level to 0.1 lx, emphasized in ARMO-Systems.

The intellectual potential of the panoramic camera includes the multizonal video detection allowing to appoint up to 8 polygonal fields of detection of moving objects. At the same time, the outdoor panoramic camera supports fixing of disturbing events on a sound for which implementation it is required to understaff it with the external microphone. For the guaranteed safety of a video information even in the absence of IP communication it is recommended to install the memory card on which video will be locally recorded in a continuous duty or at emergence on object of street video surveillance of an emergency situation in the EVO-180-WED-P body, noted in ARMO-Systems.
