IBM Watson Workspace    is the application for joint work of personnel in the companies. The service investigates style of work and communication of each employee, and then integrates all business talk from different communication links. The technology selects the list of the most urgent measures, indicates correct content at the right time and automates the list of daily tasks so that employees could focus on the most important business challenges, it is told on the website of IBM.

Feature   of IBM Watson Workspace  is integration into the cognitive IBM Watson system thanks to which interaction of employees is provided with assistance of powerful artificial intelligence. For example, it provides the Workspace Moments function reducing correspondence volume between workers, summarizing numerous messages.

2019: Closing of the program

In January, 2019 IBM announced the termination of support of the Watson Workspace application, having explained the solution with the flat demand on a product from clients. Having refused this service, the American corporation abandoned the market of tools for joint work of employees.

IBM ceased to accept new requests for use of Watson Workspace and is going to close completely service on February 28, 2019. It will concern both paid, and free rates.

Though Watson Workspace undoubtedly is the innovation and flexible system, it did not find a response from clients and did not gain steam in the market, necessary for further providing service.
