Loco-Bank begins complex system implementation of recognition of Smart IDReader

On December 6, 2018 Smart Engines announced the beginning of implementation in Loco Bank the systems of recognition of documents in mobile, server and desktop applications. The project task — to increase customer service quality in departments and remote services of bank.

Implementation of Smart IDReader on Loco Bank website will allow to implement other user experience at execution of requests for banking products.

For input of passport data to the user will be to upload enough to the site the photo or the scan of the document. A system will recognize the image of the passport in only 1 second. Smart IDReader automatically determines document type on the image, takes text and graphic boxes. The recognized data can be used for prefilling of the Internet questionnaire on the website, search of a card of the client or an institution of the appearing clients in the accounting system.

In further plans of bank — use of a sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader for input of client data in departments and during the work of clients in mobile bank.
