LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt (EAE-Consult: Monitoring of technical and economic indicators of the enterprise)

In 2015-2016 the EAE-Consult company implemented the project on implementation of mobile application "Monitoring of technical and economic indicators of the enterprise" in LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt LLC companies and LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt LLC.

Implementation purposes

Assessment of a current status and dynamics of development of the companies necessary for adoption of timely solutions, corrections of development of adverse situations and creation of anticipatory influences. By MT Monitoring of TEPP it is implemented in the form of the specialized industry mobile solutions given below.

Operational monitoring of implementation at gas station

Mobile application is intended for receiving from productive enterprise information systems of operational data of activity of the enterprise for the following categories:

• Implementations of bulk oil products;
• Sales of goods in TNP shops and the packed-up oil products;
• Renderings of services of goods in Cafe.
• Stay gas station/shopping mall;
• Remaining balance on bulk oil products at gas station.
• Rating of gas station.

Within MT operational monitoring of data is meant as the monitoring of the considered sales of goods and provision of services which is carried out by the enterprise for a preliminary estimate and job analysis of gas station in the mode, close to real time in addition to accounting. Serves for the purpose of ensuring rapid response to non-staff situations, control of dynamics of work of gas station.

Main users of the application: directors; area managers; heads and specialists of services of retail sale.
