On December 6, 2018 the Desnol Soft company announced implementing solution results "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" in Mountain Workshop LLC - the enterprises of the PhosAgro Group.

In 2017 the management of Mountain Workshop LLC made the decision on implementation of the software product on the 1C: Enterprise platform. The accounting system "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" was selected, the implementation project was executed by developer company Desnol Soft.

Ensuring smooth operation of the expensive equipment, the automated accounting of all data which can potentially reduce performance was the purpose of automation and lead to failures of the equipment and idle times. Before process automation on repairs of the equipment in Mountain Workshop LLC statistics, the analysis of a status of the equipment and accounting of data on their service and repair were kept in "manual mode" without use of special programs.

"Due to implementation "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" the transparency of production assets is provided. There are all opportunities for multiple factor analysis, planning and flexible management by resources of the enterprise for the purpose of improving competitiveness. All this became a basis for our choice. Within the project the separate module on accounting of diesel fuel was developed and the main reporting documentation required on our production is created. Thanks to it we can keep account of the buses changed by underground self-propelled machines and also accounting of conducting examinations of industrial security. Calculations for the technical coefficients characterizing operability of the equipment and its frequency of use on production were entered".

Implementation of the accounting system allowed to create uniform base of the equipment, provided an objective picture on repairs, failures and their elimination. Conducting standard repairs, methods of accomplishment of repairs, types of repairs, the measured indicators, conditions of equipment is provided in a system. The archive of all regulating and technical documentation is conducted, diagrams of the Party of Pensioners of Russia are calculated. "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" allows to organize and automate work with archive of regulating and technical documentation on the equipment, to automatically create diagrams of scheduled preventive works, to write out dresses for works, to keep account of the performed works, etc.

Automation zones:

  • accounting of requests: requests for repair of the industrial power machines (IPM), deficiencies lists, acts of the performed works,
  • inventory control: accounting of spare parts, accounting of fuel and lubricants,
  • the cost accounting by: divisions of the enterprise, agreements on service maintenance, types of the equipment,
  • accounting of maintenance of PSM,
  • accounting unplanned, routine maintenance and overhaul repairs of PSM,
  • drawing up diagrams of the Party of Pensioners of Russia,
  • accounting of an operating time of PSM,
  • tracking of production indicators (KTG, KTI, KE),
  • integration with 1C: Accounting 3.0
  • access control of users

"For December, 2018 we fix breakdowns, we create reference books of standard defects, the main standard transactions, we enter standard repairs on the basis of which we can be ready to breakdowns, predict the number of necessary spare parts, reveal defects before abnormal repairs and keep track of efficiency of accomplishment of repairs by contract organizations".

The implementation project "1S:TOIR 2 CORP" in Mountain Workshop company took 5 months and came to the end in January, 2018.

The results of digitalization achieved within half a year of active use of a system:

  • reduction of labor costs in divisions — 20%,
  • acceleration of obtaining the management reporting — by 4 times,
  • acceleration of obtaining the regulated reporting — twice,
  • acceleration of input of reports on controlled repairs — by 1.5 times,
  • acceleration of information search in standard repairs and to their cost — twice.
