2019: Compatibility with operating systems on the Viola platform
The Moscow plant "Fizpribor" and BaseALT company held testing of compatibility of a software platform Vershok and a distributed database of real time Back of development of Fizpribor with operating systems on the Viola platform of BaseALT company. The compatibility and correctness of their work with the OS distribution kits "the Viola of 8 joint ventures", "the Viola Server 8" and "A viola Workstation 8" is confirmed. On May 22, 2019 reported about it in BaseALT company.
The software platform Vershok is intended for creation of the systems of the top level (STL) of automated control systems technology and production processes (an APCS, software ACS) and industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The platform can be applied both in local DPC, and as the PaaS-solution in cloud DPC.
As core of a software platform serves Back – the distributed persistent database of real time like "key value" using technologies of calculations in RAM (Real-time In-Memory Key-Value Distributed DB). The Back database is intended for application in different automated control systems which work in real-time modes (RV, pseudo-RV, tough RV) or in the mode close to RV. Their components should receive all changes with the minimum delay, provide processing of the last and a feedback in the RV mode. An APCS, software ACS, the automated control systems for troops (ACST), etc. belong to such systems.
Viola OS was selected by the Fizpribor plant as the certified Russian system with the high level of reliability and unlimited duration of a vital (technology) cycle which is provided with system development based on the Russian independent repository Sisyphus and the developed ecosystem of the domestic software.
"Unlike other Russian operating systems, in Viola in issues of support of the wide list of hardware platforms and questions of information security support are most effectively resolved. Viola OS is easily customized and configured for work with end devices of varying complexity, including – on domestic processors, in the modes of near real time and close to real time. The data protection subsystems which are built in OS do not reduce time of its response. The technical support quickly resolves the most difficult and uncommon questions that is especially valuable to an APCS, providing crucial processes". |
"The direction of industrial Internet of Things and an APCS – one of the most perspective for the world and Russian IT industry: control in real time over production processes allows to improve performance, to increase energy efficiency of production, to reduce costs, to reveal problems at the earliest stages of their emergence, to manage effectively industrial assets. In joint plans of BaseALT and Fizpribora – to continue work on projects on support of domestic hardware platforms for industry automation". |
2018: Description of a software platform
On December 5, 2018 the Moscow plant "Fizpribor" provided a domestic software platform for project development of an APCS and industrial Internet of Things. The software platform solves basic problems of automation technology and production processes including at ultrahigh loads of a system.
According to developers, the software platform of WhereShock solves with a core of real time of CoreShock not only problems of import substitution and cyber security in the segment, but also is competitive development in the markets of industrial automation, especially in the industry of nuclear power and other industrial critical infrastructures. The company emphasized that Fizpribor completely controls the source code of a software platform.
The software platform Vershok (WhereShock) is the flexible complex software package which is initially created for use with the equipment of an APCS which makes the Moscow plant "Fizpribor". The platform can be architecturally implemented for management of any by others technology and production processes and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), the developer noted.
According to the statement of the developer, feature of the WhereShock platform is its initial orientation on distribution (RSU TP) that is dictated by the increased requirements imposed to security and reliability on nuclear power stations. The service of a core of real time CoreShock providing reliable synchronization of data of RSU TP meets these requirements, forming the multimaster a cluster from more, than 1000 nodes with loading on each of them up to 10 million/sec. changes of analog/discrete signals with processing.
Broad application reserved (duplicated and troirovanny) systems including the based on essentially different equipment, operating systems and so on that is fundamentals of philosophy of so-called "diversny protection" when for the purpose of reliability and security the same tasks of management can be implemented according to essentially different schemes is characteristic of the hardware and the equipment "Fizpribor". Because of such approach of WhereShock allows to increase performance of the existing system due to its complete cross-platform and an opportunity to add to it any nodes, servers, devices. At the same time, depending on the existing architecture, the operation mode can be displaced from boundary to a fog computing. It allows to involve as much as possible existing capacities (servers and separate processor modules and controllers) that on the one hand sharply reduces the level of their redundancy, and with another – many times increases performance of all system. Besides, not only the level of useful use of computing powers, but also and distribution of loading of channels of communication between them increases that also considerably increases high-speed performance, the developer claims.
According to the developer, the flexibility of the WhereShock platform allows to make horizontal scaling of a system, expanding it and connecting new nodes. Both data collection, and their transfer to external platforms are made on the basis of a platformonezavisimy protokolaors of UA, other data transfer protocols are also supported: MQTT, Modbus, Profibus, HART and other. It allows to carry out easy and fast integration with already working systems.
The system interface supports classical applications for products APCS / IIoT, such as alarms, protocols, trends, symbolic circuits (video frames).
Application development, according to the developer, is not more difficult for WhereShock than development of HTML/svg of the page. The symbolic circuit can be drawn in any canonical svg-editor and using the built-in editor to the platform elements of a symbolic circuit can be tied to tags (objects) of the database of real time of CoreShock.
The possibility of programming of video frames is built in a system, if necessary to define difficult behavior of elements. Thus there is an opportunity to create in the system of a symbolic circuit the most usual submissions of visual information in a form to users (operators) and therefore intuitive to them. One of pluses of such approach is that time for training of employees who have before eyes usual to it on other systems of a symbolic circuit is reduced, consisting as of static, and interactive (for example, indications of sensors) elements, the developer considers.
Fizpribor noted that the system interface is available both in the majority widespread browsers, and in native applications for Linux OSX Windows. For December, 2018 development applications for mobile is conducted OS. The platform is available to placement in local private cloud. Piloting of a system in DPCs several telecom- operators as the service platform is conducted industrial Internet of Things.
