On December 13, 2018 the Jet Infosystems company announced release of the innovation IoT-solution of the industrial class Jet Smart Building intended for management of the engineering systems of retail stores. According to developers, the solution allows to cut down expenses on energy consumption to 15%.

Jet Smart Building allows to increase energy efficiency of retail network. With the help of this solution retailers can reduce costs on consumption, operation and repair due to optimization of an operation mode of the equipment; control work of the servicing organizations, involve them in elimination of accidents as soon as possible and to objectively estimate the level of service.

The company also receives complete statistics of energy consumption on all outlets on the basis of which it is possible to build predictive models and to predict failure of the equipment and also to select the most rational scheme of energy consumption of resources. The solution Jet Smart Building is integrated in the existing infrastructure, at the same time replacement of the working equipment is not required.

Expansion of the companies of retail in Russia is limited, and the main development lies in the plane of increase in efficiency of internal processes — Tatyana Vandysheva, the development director of services and business applications said Jet Infosystems. — The system of power management of Jet Smart Building will become competitive advantage of the company, releasing additional resources and resources for business development.

According to developers, Jet Smart Building passed test in shop laboratory of the large Russian retailer. The solution is applicable in retail, at gas stations and other enterprises with a distributed network of sales points.
