Chemexsol (Kemeksol) is the digital platform on optimization of supply chains of chemical reagents for the enterprises of the oil and gas industry.

2018: Announcement

On December 13, 2018 the SPER LLC company submitted the digital Chemexsol platform (Kemeksol) on optimization of supply chains of chemical reagents for the enterprises of the oil and gas industry. According to the company, the mathematical core of the platform is developed on the basis of the solutions Clover Group using artificial intelligence.

The digital Chemexsol platform integrates all participants of production and supply of chemical reagents to a uniform ecosystem: from developers of chemical reagents to final customers — the oil and oilfield services companies, taking into account suppliers of raw materials, production and logistics services. The platform works using the artificial intelligence technologies allowing to build optimal chains of suppliers of raw materials, production sites, transport companies and other participants. The platform analyzes a set of parameters by opportunities and features of participants of an ecosystem and displays to the customer option of production, optimal for it, and supply of reagents by the set criteria.

Using the mathematical algorithms developed by Clover Group company, the Chemexsol platform selects options of delivery of a product, depending on features of a request: optimal at the cost, time, the smallest in costs to a certain date. The technology allows to optimize process from search of the supplier before production of reagent, reducing the cost of an end product for the customer thanks to neuronets and to intelligent data analysis.

At the beginning of 2019 trial operation on focus group, in the second quarter — export and replication of the platform is planned 2019 for the Russian and international market.

In the future the company is going to apply examination of Clover Group on predictive analytics to forecasting of efficiency of chemical products taking into account changes of object properties of the customer and structure of products. On the basis of data on efficiency of application of a product from customers developers will be able quickly to optimize structure of a product, and customers to apply the most effective solution taking into account features of the object.
