In the Reception of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia the management system for NeuroniQ queue is installed

On December 13, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation of an electronic queue of NEURONIQ in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

According to the company, for management and flux profile of visitors in the organization the e-queue system of NEURONIQ is installed. Visitors, comers, to submit the address to the Reception, are registered in a system using the touch terminal and expect a call to the employee in a recreational zone. Citizens whose purpose of a visit is acceptance by the deputy of the State Duma need to confirm existence of prerecording. This action is performed also using the terminal of an electronic queue. In the presence of the valid record the NEURONIQ system will call the visitor directly in an office of the relevant fraction if record is absent – will direct it to employees of a reception for consultation and implementation of advance booking of a visit the next day.

The operation algorithm of the NEURONIQ system simplifies navigation of visitors, provides decrease in load of employees of the Reception, reduces waiting time of acceptance by deputies of the Duma. Implementation of an electronic queue is directed to increase in efficiency of interaction of authorities with citizens and openness of activity of state bodies.
