Penta Group implemented the solution Penta WMS in the warehouse "Elan Gallery"

On December 14, 2018 Penta Group announced successful commissioning of the solution Penta WMS in a warehouse of Elan Gallery company

Primary clients of Elan Gallery company are large online stores and offline - networks. Similar customers strictly regulate an order of pre-sale preparation and delivery of products. With growth of a goods turnover it became difficult to conform to customer requirements without modern powerful and the reliable WMS system. The company management selected the solution Penta WMS on the 1C Platform.

At system implementation of management of the warehouse Penta WMS the following technology features was implemented:

• flexible routing of stages of cargo processing according to customer requirements and specifics of products (repacking, marking and a shrink-wrapping of products, formation of packages and control);
• formation of sets at the time of assembly of client orders;
• package selection of orders for shops of network clients;
• anticipatory and hot replenishment of cells of a complete set;
• distribution of tasks for a complete set between contractors depending on mass-dimensional product characteristics.

The project allowed to use effectively possibilities of personnel and the equipment, to increase accuracy and to reduce terms of preparation of client orders and to create conditions for growth of a goods turnover.
