On December 14, 2018 Tele2 company reported that it implements an interactive system of digital navigation in retail network. According to the company, the technology allows to display the up-to-date and complete information about the range of salons in real time. Visitors can select the device, compare it to smartphones in the same category and purchase the supplementing goods.

Electronic price labels

Tele2 introduces the system of the digital displays managed from office of the company. Electronic price labels allow to change once range cost on all sales points. In addition to information display about a product, digital displays perform function of color indication. As a result clients find the necessary product as this or that color corresponds to a certain category of goods. Thus process of search and selection of accessories and the supplementing goods accelerates. Visitors can compare the pleasant models using the interactive panels displaying differences in key product characteristics.

According to representatives of the company, a system allows to improve service quality in Tele2 salons: digital navigation saves the client's time for search of the necessary goods and simplifies the choice. The technology also increases operational efficiency, reduces costs of the company and excludes an error probability because of untimely updating of the prices. Simultaneous data transmission helps to carry out short-term actions with providing discounts that promotes Tele2 sales increase.

For December, 2018 Tele2 tests a system in the showroom in business center Comcity where the head office of the company is located.

Development of a retail segment – one of key priorities of Tele2. We aim to improve sales points, to adapt their filling to customer needs and to use modern technologies for improvement of quality of service. The analytics of consumer behavior fixes high demand on function of display of similar and joint products. Implementation of the innovation system of electronic navigation in retail network will allow not only to implement this option in offline - Wednesday, but also, by our estimates for December, 2018, to increase NPS in contact points by 6 items.
