On December 17, 2018 the company "TECHNOLOGIES OF THE FUTURE" reported that the center for customer service of the Western department NESKKrasnodarenergosbyt of JSC " branch earned from intersection of Krasnykh Partizan St. and Aerodromnaya St. of Krasnodar. According to the company, in consumer service center the approach to interaction of employees with clients described in the corporate "Rules of work with consumers" developed by company management is implemented. In order that the office met modern standards and requirements for the organization of reception of citizens, was set management system for queue of NEURONIQ.

The NEURONIQ system provides the effective organization of process of service, distribution of flows of visitors depending on category of services, increases comfort of waiting, creates a customer-oriented environment at office, and, above all, allows to create the detailed map of business processes, using the statistical information characterizing customer service.

The similar card is very important for all enterprises aiming at high-quality service as on it possible "narrow" places of process and the crossed flows of visitors which elimination will increase efficiency are visually provided and will reduce holding time. Regular assessment and comparison of indicators will allow to see influence of the carried-out conversions on business processes.
