Croc: The solution for security in workplaces and work performance improvements

On December 17, 2018 the CROC company provided own development — the complete solution for security in workplaces and work performance improvements.

The provided platform, according to the developer, allows to connect in a uniform picture of an event situation (including in 3D - a format) any systems – video analytics and local positioning, industrial and wearable Internet of Things, control and access control (ACS), supervisory control and data collection (SCADA) and so forth. The tool processes information from all sources, reveals threats, notifies the operator of the situational center, offers reaction options.

Work of the integration platform is directed to increase in security, minimization of number of accidents and accidents, prevention of plunders, prevention of violations of safety rules due to identification of problem sections, emphasized in Croc.

When checking system operation of the videonalitiki which fixes violations when carrying individual protection equipment a system defines lack of one of attributes as violation ("there is no helmet", "there are no gloves"). Other solution of CROC based on a videonalitika is applied to identification of dangerous actions of drivers — smoking, phone conversation or meal driving. The technology fixes an incident and in the online-mode transmits a signal to the situational center.

The terminal of functional diagnostics intended for carrying out prereplaceable and postreplaceable surveys allows to check the state of health on indicators which could affect working capacity, for example, before descent to the Solution mine can be also used as the instrument of telemedicine. Sensors for measurement of arterial blood pressure, pulse, extent of saturation of blood oxygen and the content of vapors of alcohol in an expiratory air are included in the basic package of the terminal. It is in addition possible to install sensors of measurement of weight and body temperature and also the coreometer — the device for measurement of pupillary reaction to light which allows to estimate a condition of the central nervous system, strong fatigue, influence of narcotic medicines, noted in CROC.

Other solution of CROC — the clever key keeper with the module of an alkotestirovaniye regulates the admission of employees to premises of a working space. Administration and control of keys on plastic cards (RFID tag), a PIN code, fingerprints or recognition of the person is provided in the tool. After authentication in a system the user can take only those keys to which to him registered access. Integration of the key keeper with a control and management system for access (ACS) for increased security and a time recording of employees is also possible.
