2016: Implementation of an automated system of personnel records and calculation of ZP

During the period from November, 2015 to October, 2016 in the company of the customer together with "Infosoft" the project on implementation of an automated system of personnel records and payroll based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was performed. Specialists of "Infosoft" performed the following works:

  • Development and formalization of models and accounting methods according to requirements of the enterprise.
  • Development of instructions of users.
  • User training (on in advance worked training programs).
  • The analysis of transfer of reference books and remaining balance from old information bases.
  • Start of a system in operation.
  • Operational consultation of users.

As a result of all works the following functional units of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product were put into operation:

  • Personnel records
  • Payroll calculation
  • The regulated reporting
  • Time recording
  • Assessment and certification of personnel
  • Planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions

As a result of implementation the following results were achieved:

  • The existing processes regarding personnel records and payroll are reviewed and optimized.
  • Accounting processes of the company are united in a common information space.
  • The transparency of accounting is reached, accuracy of the data is raised, the quantity of errors due to document storage in a system is reduced.

In the course of the Infosoft project automated 28 jobs, including the 8th specialist of personnel department, the 6th specialist of department of work and employment, the 5th accountant of settlement group, the 9th timekeeper. At the moment a system is put into commercial operation and is successfully used

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Training in group at office of the customer

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution:

The following blocks of accounting are designed and finished:

  • Formation of the accounting prices (15th account), accounting of deviations (16th account)
  • Accounting of the entering invoices, non-invoiced deliveries, a SCD
  • Formation of limit and intaking cards, write-off of Inventories in production, movement of Inventories between warehouses, between workshops
  • Accounting of overalls and special equipment: receipt, transfer to operation, movement, write-off, cost repayment, accounting behind balance
  • Report generation on cars and railway receipts
  • Formation of material, summary sheets, sheets of consumption rates of materials
  • Formation of podetalny sheets and sheets of assembly units
  • Accounting of finished product output, finished goods inventory
  • Output control of finished goods, defects accounting, reports on defects, the cost accounting on account 28
  • Accounting of a WIP
  • Planned cost calculation, formation of planned calculations
  • Cost accounting of release and implementation (accounting, actual cost, deviations)
  • Report generation on costs and production, on a WIP, plan-fact production analysis
  • Formation of the volume schedule of production
  • Formation of the plan of shipment for telegrams of the Russian Railway. of orders and freight bills on shipment
  • Report generation on shipment: by types of products, by types of repairs, by views of roads, on partners
  • Formation of diagrams of working time, accounting of deviations from diagrams (absence), formation of the sheet of a time recording
  • Formation of personnel orders, calculation of remuneration for commitment of the company
  • Report generation on the personnel
  • Accounting of working conditions according to certification
  • Accounting of medical commission
  • The analysis of types of payments, documents by types of payments
  • Payment of absences, payment on an average
  • Price-work dresses
  • Formation of pay slips and pay-sheet, salary payment, deposition of the salary, payment to not payroll (unemployed pensioners)
  • Salary accrual and contributions with FOT.
  • Tax accounting of costs for the salary, voluntary insurance and provision of pensions, expenses on health insurance.
  • Reserves of holidays
  • Reflection of the salary in accounting and tax accounting
  • Report generation on the salary, taxes (PIT) and contributions (RPF, the Social Insurance Fund)

Total number of the automated jobs according to the results of two projects: 154.

2015: Implementation of an automated system operational and accounting

During the period from June, 2014 to August, 2015 the NSZ company together with "Infosoft" performed the project on implementation of an automated system operational and accounting based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Specialists of "Infosoft" performed the following works:

  • Installation and implementation of the software product.
  • Development and formalization of models and accounting methods according to requirements of the enterprise.
  • Development of instructions of users.
  • User training (on in advance worked training programs).
  • The analysis of transfer of reference books and remaining balance from old information bases.
  • Start of a system in operation.
  • Operational consultation of users.

As a result of all works the following functional units of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product were put into operation:

  • Sales management;
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Production management;
  • Cost management;
  • Cash management;
  • Fixed asset accounting;
  • Overalls and special equipment;
  • Accounting and tax accounting.

As a result of implementation the following results were achieved:

  • Accounting processes of the company are united in a common information space.
  • The efficiency of personnel due to automation of manual transactions is increased, labor costs on data processing are reduced.
  • The transparency of accounting is reached, accuracy of the data is raised, the quantity of errors due to document storage in a system is reduced.
  • Employee performance of the enterprise due to minimization of labor costs on reporting is increased.

In the course of the Infosoft project automated 126 jobs, including 21 accountants, 31 storekeepers, 2 specialists of department of the organization of production management, 5 economists of workshops, 11 operators and specialists of workshops, 6 norm setters, 13 technologists, 15 supply department specialists, 4 specialists of sales office, 8 quality inspectors, 9 planning department economists, the catering manager.
