Oat-flakes (plant of construction mixes) (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

In March, 2011 Infosoft automated managerial and regulated accounting for Hercules Siberia LLC. Automation was carried out based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product.

The implemented solution can be used in a number of divisions and services of manufacturing enterprises, including:

• directorate and economical department, department of strategic development;
• production workshops and production and dispatching department;
• departments of the chief designer, technologist, mechanic, department of logistics;
• sales office and marketing department;
• warehouses of materials and finished goods;
• accounting;
• personnel department and department of job management and employment;
• IT service;
• administrative department;
• construction department;
• information analysis department.

During implementation of the software product, specialists of Intensive Center "Infosoft", performed the following works:

• Initial setup of the program
• Transfer of reference books and remaining balance from the old program
• Training and consultation of users
• Completion of the program under specifics of the company

During trial operation all economic transactions were entered into the program and all necessary reporting is created. As a result the Customer received a modern and reliable system which allowed to increase efficiency in each workplace due to automation of all operations on accounting and automatic formation of the necessary reporting. The implemented system allowed to upgrade an accounting system, to reduce terms of preparation of the reporting, to keep account in uniform information base, to obtain up-to-date, reliable information for preparation of the regulated reporting. Specialists of data center "Infosoft" perform maintenance, consultation, updating (updating) and further development of the implemented system within the information and technology maintenance (ITM).
