During the period from April, 2008 to February, 2009 the Infosoft company performed the project of automation of a payroll system and personnel management based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" for branch of State corporation on air traffic management - Air navigation of the Far East.

Prior to the beginning of the project calculation was conducted based on which could not meet to a number of requirements: the configuration did not correspond to desirable operation algorithms with payroll. Before implementation in the company was the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program therefore for implementation more lung for employees and the company in general of transition also the platform of 1C company was selected is installed.

The task to implement necessary configuration changes in schemes of accounting of the staff of workers, algorithms of calculations and salary payments was set for the staff of Intensive Center "Infosoft". The ultimate goal of the project was to integrate the unified information system department of work and the salary, department of work with personnel and department of settlings with personnel

The specifics of the project were that the Air Navigation of the Far East branch is in Khabarovsk, and Intensive Center "Infosoft" — in Novosibirsk between which distance about 5000 kilometers. Work took place in the basic far off, the consultant of Infosoft company several times left directly to Khabarovsk where diagnosed requirements, trained employees and resolved necessary questions.

Within the project about 30 jobs on the following functional sections are automated: the organization and control of compensation, requirements planning in personnel, accounting of employees of the enterprise, planning of employment of personnel, the regulated personnel records, payroll, calculation of taxes on wage fund, formation of the regulated and management reporting, formation of postings according to the plan of accounts.

Besides, necessary completions on each department are made:

  • In department of work and the salary:
    • elimination of discrepancy according to the staff list,
    • formation of planned fund for the staff list,
    • automation of accounting of allowances.

  • In department of work with personnel:

    • the system of automatic formation of list of the approving persons at documents of different character is finished,
    • the mechanism of accounting of additional vacations under the terms of work is added. Now it is visible what additional holidays are put to an established post,
    • account of the put and used holidays of workers is kept.

  • In department of settlings with personnel:

    • process of setup of the mechanism of calculation of the northern allowance and also calculation of some types of the salary was implemented,
    • formation of registers on transfer of the salary in a special required format of bank at salary payment.

A system is put into commercial operation (including subsystems: "Payroll calculation", "Calculation of price-work salary for dresses", Personnel management), all settings of the program according to features of the enterprise are complete, post-project maintenance is conducted.
