In December, 2008 at the enterprise of the Novosibirsk power machine-building plant "TYRA" within the project of complex automation implementation of the information management system by manufacturing enterprise is complete. Implemented the project Infosoft company. 105 jobs were automated.

The information system existing at the enterprise of the customer led to decrease in management efficiency and lack of the adjusted interrelation between divisions.

Before the organization there were following problems:

  1. Lack of uniform approach for creation of the normative reference documentation.
  2. Lack of a common information space for work of divisions of the enterprise.
  3. Duplication of data entry and information storage.
  4. Absence in management accounting of distribution of obligations between divisions for registration of orders and releases, and also on formation of material reports.

The Tyra industrial company showed interest in creation of an end-to-end information system for accounting of all business activities of the enterprise. For the solution of above-mentioned problems and achievement of an effective objective the decision on implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was made.

This preference was promoted by the following reasons:

  • the company management Tayra found a technique of system implementation and price policy of 1C – optimal
  • the accounting performed by the enterprise was already conducted in software on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform.

The specifics of this project were defined by the following restrictions:

  1. Selective process of production accounting of nodes and parts.
  2. Maximum use of standard opportunities of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

Start of a working software version took place in July, 2008, and in December, 2008 a system was put into commercial operation. During the project the full stroke of implementation was executed:

  • inspection of the enterprise
  • completion of conventional processes under features of the customer
  • installation of the software product
  • training of employees
  • trial operation.

Initially the project was focused on the maximum use of standard opportunities of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" therefore in the course of implementation it was reconfigured as follows:

  • the mechanism of work with the reference book of characteristics is finished
  • the mechanism on work with the reference book of specifications is created
  • the mechanism package input of the documents "Write-off order" is created
  • the pricing mechanism on products with characteristics on key properties is developed
  • differentiation of access rights to the document "The Payment Order Entering" is carried out.

When implementing the project operational accounting was automated and the following subsystems are implemented: "Purchase management", Sales management, Inventory management, Production management, "Product data management – structure of a product" and "Cash management".

After system implementation at the enterprise the uniform methodology of filling of the normative reference documentation and a uniform information field for work of all services and divisions of the enterprise appeared. Reliability of a system increased and data processing rate increased, repeated data entry was excluded. Besides:

  1. production accounting for the purposes of further production planning Is delivered.
  2. process of registration of release of GP, nodes and parts in a system Is reviewed.
  3. process of registration of orders for production Is changed.
  4. cost accounting of products and services Is performed.
