Sibproyekt, LLC (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

In May, 2008 the Infosoft company implemented the project on the implementing solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in Sibproyekt LLC. Total number of the automated jobs: 20.

Need of the regular updating of system configuration standard releases of 1C connected with changes of the legislation of the Russian Federation concerning rules of conducting accounting and tax accounting and also requirements to registration of personnel and payroll was a basic reason of the project.

At joint maintaining in one database of all types of accounting, in view of considerable own completions of a configuration for the purposes of management accounting, an opportunity to constantly support a software platform in a "relevant" status were lost. In this connection the company came to the decision to purchase the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 platform.

Specialists of Intensive Center Infosoft LLC company analyzed the standing problem and is made the conclusion about expediency of database splitter with operational conducting management accounting in a modifed configuration and the subsequent automated unloading of documents in the database of regulated accounting which updating requires the minimum resources and labor costs.

During the work with 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 distributed databases are used. At the same time in the central base the client-server option of work, and in peripheral bases – file is used. Exchange between databases is performed once a day reglamentno, and also as required.

During the work with the database there are requirements of adaptation of the available system to user requirements regarding convenience of work and development of additional functionality. Since managerial and regulated accounting is kept in one database, there is a complexity with updates regarding changes in the legislation. With respect thereto it was required to separate databases of the managerial and regulated accounting, and also to configure data transfer from one base in another to avoid repeated input of documents.

In February, 2008 the project on database splitter of managerial and accounting accounting started.

In implementation process of this project it was necessary to consider the following aspects:

1. Creation of the relevant standard database for the purposes of accounting
2. to Transfer reference books and opening balances on accounting from the managerial database
3. to Configure transfer of operational document flow from the managerial database in accounting
4. to Configure transfer of document flow on payroll from the accounting database in managerial

During the period from February to March, 2008 were:

• the principles by which opening balances will be entered to the implemented (accounting) database are revealed;
• documents which need to be transferred from managerial base to accounting are defined;
• documents which need to be transferred from accounting base to managerial are defined;
• requirements to transfer are defined.

From March to April, 2008 mechanisms were developed for input of opening balances, and also data migration mechanisms.

From April to May, 2008 at the Customer the following works were done: Is created the accounting database in which

• Opening balances are transferred
• Document flow since the beginning of 2008 is postponed
• The operability of mechanisms of data migration between systems is checked
• Persons, responsible for data transfer, are trained in work with migration mechanisms

The developed mechanisms successfully are used in operational activity of the organization. This project allowed to configure the managerial database in a required way and at the same time to update the accounting database without additional efforts.

Project implementation allowed to use the relevant releases of the program necessary for correct conducting accounting and tax accounting.
