On December 25, 2018 the BARS GROUP company reported that it developed an information system of condition monitoring of expectant mothers ("Obstetric aid monitoring") for Stavropol Krai. The customer of the solution – the Stavropol edge clinical perinatal center. The project was implemented with assistance of GBUZ of Stavropol Krai "Medical information and analytical center".
A system allows to control on a centralized basis at the regional level the state of health of expectant mothers and also to automatically calculate risks. Thanks to accounting, transparency and maintaining information in real time, patients are provided with timely medical care irrespective of the place of their accommodation. According to the company, "Obstetric aid monitoring" it is integrated with the regional information platform (RIP) which stores the demographic information about patients and reference books, and medical information systems of the region (MIS). For December, 2018 system operation is ensured as follows: from RIP to "Obstetric aid monitoring" demographic data of patients automatically come, also the doctor regularly fills the MIS electronic card with up-to-date information about the state of health of the patient throughout all pregnancy. Further in the Obstetric Aid Monitoring system on the basis of the data provided from RIP and MIS the list of necessary recommendations which the doctor then appoints to the patient forms.
Besides, using the Obstetric Aid Monitoring system curators monitor accomplishment of the consultations and researches intended for pregnant women. If there are cases with the increased risk for health, the curator takes further appointments and holding all medical actions under individual control.
