Exist organized federal network of video booths for purchase of spare parts for a car

The Russian online store of the automobile spare parts Exist.ru created service for remote consultation of customers on all Russia, having implemented video booths with the VIDEOCONFERENCING-APPLICATION on the basis of TrueConf SDK technologies. Course and results of the project

As a program part for booths representatives of Exist developed own VIDEOCONFERENCING-APPLICATION based on TrueConf SDK for Windows — library for developers which allows to add video conference to any existing application or to create absolutely new solution.

On a response of representatives of online store, the choice of TrueConf SDK was caused by ease of use of library and an opportunity to implement in the Exist application all necessary tools for joint work: record of video calls and broadcast of the screen of the operator for evident demonstration of spare parts. At the same time, TrueConf technologies allowed to implement in the Exist application "smart queue" — the system of distribution of incoming calls between free operators which allows to process all incoming orders and evenly distributes loading between the staff of the company and also reduces answering interval of call center operators of Exist.

In turn, the VIDEOCONFERENCING network between call center and points of the order Exist is created based on TrueConf Server — secure system of video conference which allows to store data of the company on the Exist server hardware that excludes the accessibility of strangers to information of customers. Besides, TrueConf Server provides an opportunity to write calls and conferences with clients for the further analysis and quality improvement of service, emphasized in TrueConf.
