MiTek: The magazine of the executed modifications

On December 27, 2018 the MiTek company submitted the report for DIRECTUM developers which allows to see all modifications on a system in any temporary section from the moment of its existence in the organization.

According to the company, often the developer of the customer needs to receive the complete reporting under the changes which are carried out in the DIRECTUM system. However if the document was not completed manually from the very beginning, then to lift information on the one who and that finished, is rather difficult. The operating Development Export filter covers a picture of changes not completely: it allows to obtain only a part of information on the certain user. The MiTek company undertook to resolve an issue. Developers submitted the report − "The magazine of the executed modifications".

The report creates EXCEL table with data in the automatic mode. At start of the report are requested the period in which development and the list of users whose changes need to be monitored changed.

Unlike "Development export" it is possible to select several users from a dialog box. For December, 2018 the type, a name and heading of an element of development, last modification date, a full name of the user who made these changes are included in the final table. In addition to data on development elements information on changes of standard routes, masters of actions, document types, roles, user groups, formats of document numbers and records of the reference book, documents of a type "A template of the electronic document" and Model is also included in the report.
