Rostelecom put RDPC of infrastructure of the electronic government into operation

On December 27, 2018 the company "Rostelecom" announced start in operation of Reserve data processing center (RDPC) of infrastructure electronic government (IEP). In it the IEP significant elements, such as Gosuslug portal, Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system), System of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI), Uniform system of the regulatory reference information (ESNSI) are placed most. The project is implemented system integrator "Rtlabs" and the company "Data storage center" by request Ministries of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.

The first planned switching of the Gosuslug portal, Unified identification and authentication system, SIEI and ESNSI from the Federal data processing center on reserve was carried out in the night of December 9, 2018. Within one hour the specified systems processed requests in reserve DPC, then the return switching was carried out to federal DPC. After test migrations of the user traffic all systems function steadily. Thanks to what in case of occurrence of extreme situations in the building of arrangement FTSODA, such as shutdown of power supply, the fire, a flood, the collapse of constructions and other, user queries will be redirected to RDPC. Existence of such scenario increases reliability and resistance of infrastructure of the electronic government to accidents and allows to recover operability of its systems immediately.

For December, 2018 more than a half of the population of Russia — nearly 85 million people uses services of the electronic government. For 2018 the number of the services ordered by users on the portal and increased in mobile application of "Gosuslugi" more than twice and exceeds 56 million. Over 2 thousand information systems of federal and regional authorities and also commercial structures are connected to a Unified identification and authentication system. Using scientific record Unified identification and authentication system for 2018 users made more than 1.5 billion authorizations. And in SIEI on average about 80 million transactions are registered per day.
