The companies Haytek MySender announced also on December 25, 2018 implementation of the complete solution for communications with clients for the company "Direkt Katalog Service" (is a part Otto Group).
The implemented solution integrates in one window client addresses, including all popular messengers and social networks.
This project was jointly implemented by MySender and Haytek companies, way of integration of the customer service of the company constructed based on Avaya EMC technology with the MySender platform which allows to process messages of users from such social networks and messengers as: WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki and others, within the general queue and uniform logic of work, using uniform attendant workstation.
The selected solution was quickly implemented in the existing business processes of the company and involved the minimum costs connected with its installation, told in Haytek.
Decrease in loading on telephone lines of projects became project deliverables, and automation of communications with clients allowed to increase an indicator of NPS more than by 6 points.
