On December 28, 2018 the company "Technologies of the Future" reported that opening of the next customer service center of the company took place "Gazprom gas distribution Barnaul". According to the company, the center works in the mode of "one window", providing all range of services from application on gasification before signing of the contract on maintenance of the equipment that allows consumers to save time and forces. The client hall of the center is merged into the Altai branch of the supplier of gas "Gazprom mezhregiongaz Novosibirsk" in which inhabitants Barnaul can resolve the issues connected with payments for gas.

Existence of a uniform service zone for two organizations imposes increased requirements to distribution of flows of visitors depending on the purpose of a visit to service center. Therefore customer service management is exercised using a management system for queue of NEURONIQ which provides the necessary level of service.
