On January 11, 2019 Technologies of the Futures reported that in drugstore of the state network "Drugstores of the Capital" on Sovetskoy Armii St. of Moscow the management system for queue of NEURONIQ was installed.
In each drugstore of network there is a department for preferential service of the citizens having the right to the government social assistance. The specifics of work of these departments are connected with frequency of obtaining recipes at district doctors and have the pronounced peak periods falling on the first days of every month. At this time drugstores and pharmaceutical points are visited by a large number of people, generally elderly and having serious diseases therefore it is very important to provide their comfort and to accelerate holding time.
The NEURONIQ system is intended for flux profile of visitors, increase in comfort of waiting and increase in efficiency of customer service in general.
