IDGC of Centre creates uniform storage of financial documentation

In IDGC of Centre company the project on creation of uniform storage of financial documentation started. Contractors of the project are companies TerraLink, Sciener [1] (file) and KorSys.  This project is implemented for the purpose of increase in efficiency of work with data, optimization and process automation of document storage. For achievement of an assigned task in the company the centralized storage of primary financial documentation will be implemented that will allow to organize easy access to documents from the used [2] SAP R/3 and Microsoft SharePoint Server systems.

According to Dmitry Lagunin, the deputy CEO of IDGC of Centre for information technologies and business simulation, as a result of project implementation in the company safe data storage will be organized, process of input of documents in the system of SAP [3] (file) is automated, access to documents from the system interface of Microsoft SharePoint is organized.

The centralized storage of primary financial documentation will be expected increase in amounts of data and number of users. The project is going to be implemented in two stages.

At the first stage it is going to replace the existing data warehouse  with a centralized  system of storage, on the second – to provide integration of storage  and the accessibility to it from the SAP R/3 and Microsoft SharePoint Server systems.
