On January 11, 2019 the Advanta Consulting company reported that in the budgeting system and monitoring of projects is "Iron" implemented.

According to the company, the aspiration of the management to "Iron" make projects less costly and more profitable led to system implementation of project management based on the Advanta platform. The company even in project management looked for the approach. All command, including the management was involved in process of implementation.

Goal

The project objective was to scale business of the customer through automation and standardization of management processes.

Tasks

Within the project the contractor needed to solve the following problems:

  • Implement a control system of course of production of works.
  • Implement the quality system on acceptance of objects.
  • Integrate a budgeting system with 1C.

Results

According to the results of execution of works on the project:

  • Standard templates of projects according to UNIFORMAT-II technique are created.
  • The control system of development of the project documentation is implemented.
  • Based on the Advanta platform the budgeting system is created and integrated with 1C.
  • Quality management is implemented: using a system there is a formation of notes to contractors who go by e-mail.
  • Scripts are written:

  • The Project office is organized.

With system implementation the Zhelezno company could optimize work and occupy (as of January, 2019) the 4th place on the volume of construction and sales in Kirov.

It was in many respects the research project for both parties, and we mutually shared experience with colleagues. The Zhelezno company transferred us information on features of budgeting of construction on UNIFORMAT-II technique, we shared our knowledge of project portfolio management.
