The Gazpromneft gas Station network implements online collection

On January 14, 2018 it became known that the Gazpromneft gas Station network passed to online collection process. Service of online collection using the automated deposit machines is implemented at cooperation with Gazprombank at 1070 service gas stations of network. Until the end of 2020 160 automatic stations will also be transferred to online collection.

As it was reported, from classical collection online collection is distinguished by the accelerated process of transfer of money by the checking account of the company. All cash transactions pass online through Gazprombank and are performed automatically at depositing funds in the automated deposit machine. It ensures transparency and security of transactions, reduces operating costs and allows to optimize work of personnel.

The control of the automated deposit machines does not require additional training of employees. The personnel exception of a chain of preparation of money for collection allows to release for January, 2019 up to 30 minutes of working time of the employee. Besides service allows the company to plan the most optimal diagram and a route of collection, having reduced arrivals of the cash-in-transit vehicle by 4-5 times. It is expected that operating expenses on collection at each gas station will be cut down for 15% a month.

Thanks to online collection we optimize expenses on insurance and storage of money: from the moment of depositing funds before their transfer onto the checking account of the enterprise for November, 2018 goes to cash desk not 3 days, but 15 minutes. When installing the automated deposit machines on all network "Gazpromneft" the benefit from cash pooling will be more than 70 million rubles a year.
