2019: Characteristics of buslines of the BR and BL series for DPC

On January 14, 2019 the Delta Electronics company provided buslines for power distribution in data processing centers. Unlike the traditional systems of cable wiring or "sandwich" buslines, Delta applied filling by an epoxy compound that considerably increased degree of protection (IP), security and reliability. The solution Delta, according to the producer, is suitable for application in the different industries and climatic conditions.

Delta buslines, according to the statement of the producer, have several advantages in front of a normal cable distribution network.

1. Flexibility of application. Buslines are quickly mounted and also have a possibility of expansion in case of growth of need for power supply.
2. Security. In Delta buslines isolation is made of epoxy resin by method of vacuum casting which has higher degree of protection, security and reliability.
3. Convenience. Thanks to high electric and mechanical qualities of cast isolation Delta buslines have the smaller amount, simpler construction, the increased service life and a possibility of reuse. The busline does not require maintenance during more than 30-year service life.
4. Economy. Delta buslines provide considerable energy saving, allowing owners of DPCs to cut down expenses on the electric power.
5. Environmental friendliness. Reduction of volume of cable wiring promotes reduction of waste at change of the scheme in comparison with traditional wiring. Elements of the route can be reused at change of the scheme or additional equipment.
