On January 14, 2019 the Directum company reported that the KOMOS GROUP agroholding configured for employees remote access to corporate EDMS using the solution Directum Bot. Through a bot in the messenger on mobile devices users will approve minutes of meetings, receive and execute instructions. In plans of the company – replication of the solution on other processes and connection to a bot of the employees who are not working in the Directum system.
More than 10 years of the enterprise of holding work in Directum electronic document management system: manage office-work, finance documents, agreements, other internal processes.
In October, 2018 the Directum company issued the solution Directum Bot – the chat-bot for business, "communicating" with which users interact with EDMS via the smartphone. The management of KOMOS GROUP estimated applicability of a bot for the processes and made the decision on implementation. Using Directum Bot it was going to accelerate the organization of meetings and to improve control of execution of instructions.
Through dialog with the chat-bot in application Viber the staff of KOMOS GROUP:
- will approve minutes of meetings;
- output the general list of instructions for execution;
- receive and perform instructions based on working meetings.
Information on the performed order automatically appears in corporate EDMS.
In the future the company is going to continue to develop business process of the organization of meetings and to automate:
- signing of the minutes of a meeting by the chairman of a meeting;
- mailing of reminders on a meeting;
- and also to connect other processes to Directum Bot:
- collecting kaizen offers for production development;
- execution of requests for repair from remote shops;
- approval of memos;
- acquaintance with organizational documentation.
